1ГПКС Continuous Miner for Horizontal and Inclined Mining

The 1GPKS roadheader is designed for mechanisation of stripping and loading of rock mass when carrying out horizontal and inclined mine workings with an inclination angle of up to 12. The 1GPKS is used in coal with rock cutting and uniaxial compression strength up to 70 MPa, abrasiveness index up to 15 mg according to L.I. Baron and A.V.

Kuznetsov in mines dangerous by gas and dust, in construction of underground facilities and development of mineral deposits. 1GPKS is used in mine workings of rectangular, trapezoidal or arched shape, cross-sectional area from 7 to 17 m2 and can be used in a set with a belt loader. The undercarriage of the combine has a separate hydraulic drive of tracks to ensure high manoeuvrability, ease of operation and the ability to work in waterlogged faces.

The advanced hydraulically driven loading device loads the broken rock mass with both tines and discs having the shape of a three-beam star.
