Description

Barium titanate of TBK-2 grade for ceramic capacitors. Barium titanate is used in the radio engineering industry as a material for ceramic multilayer capacitors and posistors, piezoceramic emitters (sonars) and receivers (microphones) of sound vibrations of various frequencies, as a substrate for microwave integrated circuits, material for the manufacture of resistive heating elements. The product is produced according to technical specifications TU 20.59.59-057-48591565-2018.

It is a powder of white, white with a yellowish tinge or white with a creamy tinge colour. Average particle size (d50) 1.2 µm, not more. Humidity 0.2 %, not more.

Losses on ignition 0.4 %, not more. Mole ratio BaO/TiO2, within the range of 0.95-1.0. Mass fraction of free barium oxide (BaOsvob.) 2.0 %, not more.
