Description

Collet unclamping collet with a diameter of 120 mm, designed to clamp the workpiece on the collet chuck for the inner contour. The collet is mounted on a collet chuck corresponding to the diameter. The collet surface can be machined to any workpiece contour.

The collet is made in the form of eight split segments. The clamping stroke per collet segment ranges from 0 mm to 0.15 mm. The outer diameter of the collet is 120 mm.

Overall collet height 40.5 mm. Maximum depth for machining to the workpiece contour is 20 mm. The collet delivery set includes: collet, O-ring.

Material collet high-strength aluminium alloy. Weight 0,9 kg.
