Description
The Bergmann12l cheese maker is used for making cheese curd sour cream yoghurt kefir. The principle of operation of the cheese maker consists in the smooth heating of milk through a water jacket, which takes place at the expense of an external source. The Bergmann12l cheese maker device includes the following components: -A cooking bowl made of two containers inserted into each other and welded together -Electronic unit with a temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of milk in the form of a probe -Electronic thermometer and thermoregulator for controlling the water temperature in the jacket -Water inlet and outlet connections -Team -heater control unit Advantages of the Bergmann12l cheese maker: -Heating and cooling of milk is realised by heating and cooling of the water jacket -The cheese maker performs the function of milk pasteurisation -Cheese maker control unit allows measuring and controlling the milk temperature, signalling when the set temperature has been reached, and has a built-in timer. -Full control of temperature at any stage and heating speed
