Instrument for stable-functional osteosynthesis. It is used for insertion of intramedullary pins in the system of external fixation. Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

Length - 160 mm. On one side of the wrench there is a horn grip for hexagon S=13 mm with a depth of 10 mm, thickness of jaws 5 mm and outer diameter 20 mm. On the other side - a twelve-sided hole for hexagon S=13 mm, thickness 5 mm and outside diameter 18 mm.

Stepped cylindrical handle with 11.5 mm mesh surface with two diametrically opposed marking planes. Laser marking of the hexagon size, individual marking. Reusable.
