R65 Cross Switch for Efficient Track Switching in Metro Applications

Designed for the transfer of rolling stock from one of the intersecting tracks to another. It is used on the tracks of subways, maximum speeds of rolling stock up to 35 km/h. Design features: exit: separate fastening; elastic bar terminals Skl; pads with flanges; made on a rigid (ballastless) base; switches: rotary sharps with liner-overlay root fastening; welded pads with cushions; crossbars: sharp mark 1/9 - prefabricated with rail whiskers and moulded core of high-manganese steel with liner-overlay end of the rear outreach; cross members are laid on pads with high stamped flanges, rail sole is fastened with PK type terminals.; sharp mark 2/9 - prefabricated with rail usoviki and cast core of high-manganese steel with liner-overlay end of the rear outreach; laid on the bridge and pads with high welded flanges and fastened with PC-type terminals, fasteners.
