Disk Sieves for Grain Cleaning - TDO-6M & TDK-6M for Efficient Grain Purification

Purpose: Triers disc oats disc oat picker TDO - 6M and doll picker TDK - 6M, capacity 6 t/h, are designed for cleaning grain from impurities that differ in length from the grain of the main crop. It is applied at grain cleaning departments of mills and at other grain processing enterprises. Design features: the grain mixture enters the working compartment of the trier.

Rotating metal-polymer discs, made of wear-resistant polymer composite material, by means of cells on the side surfaces: - extract fine impurities (TDC) from the grain mixture and are removed by a screw into the waste tray. Grains of the main crop remain in the working chamber and are poured into the clean grain tray as they are filled; - extract grains of the main crop from the grain mixture and throw them into the channel for the cleaned grain output. Longer grains of impurities (oats, oats, etc.) do not fit in the cells of the discs and remain in the grain mixture.

Advantages: the content of the main grain in the waste.
