Electric 4-Burner Cooking Stove with Oven EPK-47JSH for Versatile Cooking

The electric four-burner cooker with a frying cabinet EPK-47ZhSh is designed for cooking first, second, third dishes in pots and pans, as well as for frying semi-finished meat, fish, vegetables, baking small culinary products and baking cottage cheese dishes at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. The cooker is modular, i.e. it consists of an upper working module and a lower module with a roasting cabinet.

All made of stainless steel. The upper working part of the module is a box-shaped construction, inside of which a frame with heat reflectors is installed. Electric burners are installed on the frame.
