Cover - Mattress fabric is quilted on the filling of syntepon or polyurethane foam. The edges of the cover are processed. After the cover is made, it is edged on the edging machine (around the perimeter of the top and bottom of the mattress cover is covered with a special dense edging tape width of 30-42 mm.

The final stage is mattress packing.
