Description

Turbine blade set GTE-170.1 is designed for staging and operation as part of gas turbine units GTE-170. Reliability, resource and service life of the set of blades as part of the turbine provide the requirements of technical specifications for manufacturing of gas turbine GTE-170 TU 28.11.23-001-05030856-2020. The energy intensity of the blade set characterises only the amount of fuel and energy resources required during production and is included in the cost of the set.

A set of blades has a possibility of material recycling (remelting), which allows to use one material (metal) repeatedly. Recycling is at the discretion of the gas turbine operator. The set of turbine blades 62.495-0000.001 includes 4 rows of guide (stator) blades and 4 rows of working (rotor) blades according to Table 2.
