Tractors of BTZ-240K series (hereinafter referred to as tractors) are agricultural, wheeled, general purpose, with four driving wheels, traction class 3-4, designed for: works with mounted, semi-mounted, revolving and trailed hydrofic ploughs on ploughing of medium and heavy soils, soil disking, continuous cultivation, harrowing, early spring moisture closing, pre-sowing tillage, sowing, harvesting, plantation, earth-moving, road construction works, transport work with trailers and semi-trailers equipped with brakes, with a total weight of up to 20 tonnes at speeds of up to 40 km/h on main roads and in off-road conditions, as well as used as a base for road-building machines and machines used in various industries.
