Mechanized Grain Unloader for Trucks, Model RMB.01-01 - Efficient Grain Handling

Automobile unloader. Automobile unloader RMB (type AVS-50M) is designed for mechanised unloading of grain from vehicles of various models of semi-trailers, as well as road trains with one or more trailers without their unhitching, through the open side board. Unloading of grain lorries is carried out by means of their partial tipping.

For this purpose, the grain truck is fixed on the unloading device, one edge of which is raised to a predetermined angle. As a result, the body of the truck is tilted and the grain is dumped by gravity through the open side wall. Unloader RMB for unloading grain trucks consists of left and right supports, platform, transmission shafts, drive mechanism of lifting, safety devices, automatic control system.

The truck unloader can be used for unloading road trains with semi-trailers and trailers without the need to unhitch them. In all trucks of all manufactures, regardless of the length of the platform, one drive unit is installed, which allows to avoid loads on the torsion of the platform, which inevitably arise due to the lack of synchronisation in the operation of two drives. The modern design of the drive unit, equipped with a gearmotor with built-in braking mechanism ensures smooth lifting of the unloader platform without jerks.

RMB.01 consists of: platform, drive unit, lifting device, safety device, power shaft, platform for approach to the opening sides.
