Metal Frame Ottoman 2 for Comfortable and Stylish Seating

Size: 800x800x400mm.The frame consists of multilayer, moisture-resistant birch plywood 8mm thick, chipboard 22mm, fibreboard 3.2mm. Assembly is made with a frame bracket. The seat is made of PPU 40mm, density 30kg/m3.

The sides are covered with PPU 10mm, density 18kg/m3. Upholstery material of 1,2,3 categories. The bottom of the module is covered with spunbond 60 g/m2.

The product is mounted on a metal frame made of cold-rolled profile pipe, cross-section 15x25x30mm. Painting is made by applying polymer powder to the grounded product in an electrostatic field with subsequent curing at T - 180-200°C.
