MNT Type Balancing Valves for Efficient Heating and Cooling Systems

The MNT type balancing valves are designed for use in heating and cooling systems in buildings. They should generally be installed in systems with constant hydraulic characteristics. They are not intended for contact with drinking water in domestic water supply systems.

MNT valves combine the functions of manually adjustable variable resistance valves and shut-off valves. MNT valves limit the maximum flow rate of the heating or cooling medium through a riser or installation. The MNT valves are equipped with a measuring nipple and a drain cock, also used for measurement, which allows the MNT valves to be adjusted according to the Danfoss PFM differential pressure and flow measurement device with temperature measuring function.
