The main layer-ingredient of any springless mattress - latex-monolith, foam monolith, Memory foam, coconut coir, or volumetric nonwoven material (Holcon, Holofiber, struttofiber), which are bought ready-made and do not require "cooking". Next, the manufacture of plates and sides (burlts), from which the cover is "assembled". The technology of their manufacture also consists of two stages: stitching and cutting.

At the first stage mattress fabric is quilted on the filler (syntepon, volumetric nonwoven material (cholcon), foam) on an automated multi-needle quilting machine, at the second stage the finished stitch is cut into plates and side panels of specified dimensions on longitudinal-cross cutting machines. As a result we get a multilayer cover. The edges of the cover are processed.

After the cover is made, edging is performed on the edging machine: the mattress cover is covered with a special dense edging tape 30-42 mm wide around the perimeter of the top and bottom. The final stage is mattress packing.
