Rail Drilling Machine RSS for Drilling Bolt Holes in Rails

Rail-drilling machine with autonomous drive RCC, designed for drilling holes for butt bolts and rail connectors in heat-hardened and non-hardened railway rails of R50, R65, R75 types. The RCC rail-drilling machine is used in the process of laying new track sections and for current or major repairs of existing railway sections. At the same time the RCC machine can be used as an auxiliary tool during field works together with large track machines, as well as the main device for drilling rails in stationary conditions (PMS). DUTIES: in-built spindle retraction system at any point in the drilling cycle allows drilling to be interrupted in the event of cutting tool failure; possibility to dismantle the rail-drilling machine from the tracks in case of approaching rolling stock; work with all types of rails R50, R65 and R75.
