Two-Section Vinificator Series ESV for Efficient Vertical Fermentation

Two-sectional vinificator of ECV series (Vertical Capacitive Vessel) - is a cylindrical vessel mounted vertically on supports. The internal volume is divided by a hermetic partition into two compartments. Each of the compartments has an independent set of technological elements. Each of the compartments has an independent cooling jacket on the outside. Necessary equipment includes manhole, safety valve for overpressure, thermometer, tapping for complete drainage, clean product intake, sampler, washing head. The tank is manufactured to order, technical characteristics are specified in the technical task, drawings and specification.
