Universal Hydraulic Truck Unloader U-15-URAG-UU for Efficient Grain and Bulk Material Unloading

Frontal car unloader type URAG (universal hydraulic car unloader) is used for unloading grain, processed products and other bulk materials through the open tailgate from single vehicles and tractors with semi-trailers with a maximum platform length of up to 20 m and a total weight of up to 80 tonnes. Single vehicles and trailers with a total length of up to 9 m and a total weight of up to 60 tonnes can also be unloaded via the open side wall without unhitching the trailer and the vehicle. Unloading is possible both through the side and rear wall.

The receiving hopper of the unloader is located directly under the side platform of the vehicle unloader, which allows to reduce the dimensions of the width of the receiving compartment. The vehicle unloader of this type consists of: large platform, side platform, hydraulic system, grids (left and right), rack, control system, board opener. The large platform is a prefabricated metal structure and serves for passing, tilting and lowering of unloaded vehicles.

One side of the platform is articulated with the platform support fixed on the foundation beams, the other side and its middle part rests on the foundation ledges. With the help of telescopic hydraulic jacks the platform is rotated around its platform support. The platform consists of two half-platforms with fluted decking.

Wheel stops are installed in the semi-platforms to hold the vehicles during unloading. Two pairs of adjustable chain slings are also provided on the platform to secure and hold vehicles during unloading. The side platform is installed above the receiving device and at the same time is a driveway grate for vehicles unloaded on the large platform and a side unloader for trailers and single vehicles.

The hydraulic system consists of a pump unit, two telescopic hydraulic jacks, a hydraulic lift, mechanisms for limiting the lift of the large and side platform, hinges, two supports and a system of pipelines.
