It is intended for storing, reserving, cooling/heating and maintaining the set temperature of milk, milk products and other liquids; VDP type - closed type vertical tank. It is designed for heating the product to the required temperature, holding and subsequent cooling. Stirring of the product in the tanks is carried out by means of mechanical agitator of frame or paddle type.
