Water Bain-Marie for Hot Dishes MЭ-2 - Perfect for Efficient Serving

Marmite water second courses ME-2 (part of the distribution line "Iterma-700", "Iterma-900") is designed for serving hot dishes, as well as to maintain a constant temperature of various dishes in gastro containers installed in the bath. There is a cabinet for storing inventory. It can be made with a cabinet with heating of the inner volume of the cabinet.

Marmite is used at catering enterprises as a part of technological distribution lines or as an independent product. All working surfaces of the module are made of stainless steel, the frame and panels can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel, powder painted. The module can be additionally equipped with tray rails and/or single and two-level shelves, gastronorms with lids.

The form-factor is fulfilled according to the customer's requirements.
