Crane Manipulator Installation IT 150 for Efficient Lifting and Handling

Crane manipulator units produced by INMAN JSC are designed for repair and recovery and loading and unloading works as part of the crane-manipulator hoisting crane. Crane manipulator units are manufactured in climatic version U1 according to GOST 15150 for operation at ambient air temperature from plus 40 to minus 40°C, relative humidity up to 98 % at temperature plus 25°C, air dustiness up to 1 g/m3 and allow storage at temperature up to minus 50°C. CMU reliability indicators: <ul> <li>- service life of the CMU is not less than 10 years;</li> <li>average operating time of the CMU on failure not less than 150 hours;</li> <li>operational labour intensity of CMU daily maintenance is not more than 0.3 man-hours;</li> </ul>specific total operational labour intensity of CMU maintenance (without shift maintenance) not more than 0.05 man-hours; <ul> <li>- CMU resource before writing off - 10000 hours;</li> </ul>Each CMU undergoes acceptance tests at the enterprise, according to the programme approved in accordance with the established procedure.
