Description
385K-ADJ is a 3-pin micro-power micro-power reference voltage source (ION) using forbidden zone voltage and regulated voltage. The ION operates over a voltage range from 1.24V to 5.3V and at currents from 10µA to 20mA. The 385K-1.2 and 385K-2.5 versions are micro-power 2-pin reference voltage sources using a forbidden-area voltage that operate over a current range of 20µA to 20mA.
This ION can be used to create portable measuring instruments, stabilisers or battery powered analogue circuits. The wide operating current range allows the replacement of old IONs with new IONs with tighter voltage tolerance.
