3D Surface Profile Measuring Device - 3D-STATIC for Precision Measurement Applications

The 3D-STATIC surface profile meter works on the basis of the phase triangulation method and structured illumination. 3D-STATIC contains a source of structured illumination (projector) and a photodetector located at a fixed distance from each other.The software of the measuring complex includes tools for diagnostics and adjustment of the equipment, control of the equipment during measurement and visualisation of measurement results. Main capabilities of 3D-STATIC: measuring the three-dimensional geometry of the object and saving the measurement result as a cloud of three-dimensional points, each of which lies on the surface of the object; processing of experimental data: displaying, filtering of three-dimensional points, restoration of polygonal surface of the object by the measured cloud of three-dimensional points.
