Acoustic detectors for railway crossings are designed to notify people in the area of the railway crossing with an acoustic sound signal about the approach of a train, as well as use as part of traffic lights SP2 and SP3. The detectors are produced with different placement category U1 and UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69. The detectors are fully interchangeable with currently used electric and electromechanical bells of ZPT-12, ZPT-24 types (universal in terms of supply voltage 12 V and 24 V).
