Adjustable Voltage Regulator IC GM432 (MIK432) for Reliable Voltage Control
Bulk pricing available
FOB, CIF & EXW terms available
Description
GM432 (MIK432) is made from a 431LMK crystal and is a three-pin regulated voltage regulator with low voltage and thermal stability over the entire temperature range. The output voltage can be set to any value from Vref (1.24V) to 16V using two external resistors. The active output circuit provides instantaneous response at turn-on, making this device an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in many applications such as board voltage stabilisation and regulated power supplies.
In a wide range of home applications, these devices are ideal reference voltage sources for switching power supplies from 3.0V to 3.3V. The GM432 (MIK432) is available in standard SOT-23 packages.
