Altmaler HVLP manual pneumatic paint sprayer Ø1,3-2,5

Designed for application of paint and varnish materials (VKM) with conditional viscosity in the range from 12 to 30 seconds at a temperature of 18 - 23 oÑ on viscometer VZ-246 with nozzle 4mm GOST 9070 on products of simple and medium complexity groups in various industries. They are used for application of water-soluble and water-dispersion paints and varnishes. Reduced atomisation pressure (from 0.15 to 0.25 MPa) has a high impact on the paintwork transfer (more than 65%) and on the formation of the paint plume, where with reduced fogging the sanitary working conditions of the personnel are improved.

The Altmaler sprayer is equipped with a 600ml polyamide top tank. It is possible to additionally equip it with a 600ml tank made of aluminium.
