ARF-Junior Milling and Engraving Machine for Precision Machining

The milling and engraving machine has an uncomplicated construction, optimal rigidity, high dynamic characteristics. All this allows to perform operations such as milling, drilling and engraving. The machine has a closed working area, which protects the operator from chip flying, getting foreign objects into the working field of the machine, reducing the risk of flying parts of the tool or workpiece in case of their destruction in case of improper use of the machine.

ARF- JUNIOR is designed for machining the following materials: ABS, POM, polyurethane, acrylic, wood, wax, resins, brass, magnesium. The machine supports 2D/3D machining functions. The machine is equipped with high speed spindle up to 24000 rpm, which is controlled by inverter.

Axis movement is carried out on 15mm profile rails. The self-contained control system does not require connection to a computer. The machine was developed specially for educational institutions according to the specifications of Bauman MVTU..
