Automated Laboratory Complex for Mobile Machinery Hydraulic Drives - SGU-GMT-012-11LR-01

The complex is intended for carrying out works on studying hydraulically driven mobile equipment with the use of hydrostatic transmissions, allows to determine energy, load and regulation characteristics of hydraulic drives. The information-measuring system allows to determine pressures in different points of the system, flow rates, speeds of output links, time, power at different points of the system. The bench consists of power and control parts. On the power part there are installed: a hydraulics tank, a three-phase electric motor, a reversible pump with proportional electric control, safety valves, a filter, throttles, mounting plates, connecting fittings, a piping system, pressure gauges, high-pressure ball valves, a measuring tank. The control part contains: electric power supply unit, industrial logic controller unit, controlled pump control unit, sensor indication unit, control unit, electronic stopwatch, table top.
