Automated Laser Technology System "SVAROG-1 (5DR)" for Welding and Cutting

Automated laser technological unit model "SVAROG-1 (5DR)" is designed for laser thermal hardening, cladding, marking, cutting, welding. Design features: processed parts are loaded and installed in the working area manually.

Laser processing is carried out as follows: laser radiation is directed to the focusing system, where it is focused into a beam and falls on the workpiece, where it is partly reflected, partly penetrates into the metal. At the point of exposure to the laser radiation, the localised area is heated to a critical temperature. After treatment, the part is unloaded manually.

The complex is designed for operation in production conditions corresponding to climatic execution UHL, placement category 4.1 and operating conditions group 1 according to GOST 15150 (air temperature 21º?, relative humidity 60% at 20º?).
