KPK-1 Automated Measurement System for Accurate Aircraft Radio Equipment Testing

The control and test complex KPK-1 is an automated system for measuring electrical parameters of on-board radio equipment of aircraft: Baklan-20, Orlan-85ST, Yadro-I(-II), Mikron-3, Prima-DMV(-KV,-MV), R-828, R-860, R-861, R-862, R-863, R-864, R-999 radios, R-852 radio receiver, RI-65 speech informers, Almaz-UP, Almaz-UPM, tape recorders MS-61, P-503B, P-507M, intercoms SPU-7, SPU-8, SGU-15, radio altimeters RV-5M, A-036, A-037, A-052. PDA-1 operates under the control of system and application software installed on an industrial computer. The user interface allows: to enter passport data of the tested equipment; to manage the test process; to save the test results in the database. The PDA-1 hardware measures electrical parameters and generates control signals. The use of PDA-1 allows to increase labour productivity, reduce the influence of human factor on the result of inspection.
