Automatic Bread Slicing Machine YANICHAR AHM-300A for Efficient Bakery Operations

All elements of the product have tucked (folded) edges to prevent injury to personnel during assembly, operation and sanitation of the product. All elements in contact with bread are made of stainless steel AISI430. The body is made of painted structural steel.

Sickle-shaped shape of the knife with lazor-sharpened blade provides slicing of both daily bread and fresh (soft) bread. The bread slicer is designed for slicing oblong-shaped bread of "loaf" type and moulded bread up to 380 mm in length and 160 mm in width with equal thickness slices. The slice thickness can be set from 5-20 mm.
