Description

Automatic station for monitoring and correction of coolant parameters solves such tasks as measurement of key coolant parameters (concentration, acidity, hardness, temperature), correction of key parameters, preparation and addition of fresh emulsion, coolant filtration, water treatment, data storage and visualisation. The station is connected to a group of metalworking machines up to 10 units and monitors and corrects coolant parameters in an autonomous mode. The equipment is designed as a set of various subsystems united in a metal case. For ease of movement it is equipped with special castors-wheels.
