Automatic Photo and Video Recording Complex "AutoHurricane-VSM2-M" for Surveillance Applications

The hardware and software complexes "AvtoUragan-VSM2-M" (hereinafter referred to as complexes) are special technical means operating in automatic mode and having photo and video recording functions to ensure fixation of administrative offences with vehicle tracking algorithm.
The complexes are designed to measure the speed of vehicles by video frames or radar method in the control zone, the speed of vehicles in the controlled area, measurements of the current time synchronised with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU), measurements of the current navigation parameters and determining on their basis the coordinates of the complexes, as well as photo-video fixation of traffic violations.
