Azimuth 4 Measurement Complex for Automatic Traffic Violation Detection

Complex measuring software and hardware (KIPT) "Azimut 4" is designed for automatic recording of traffic violations and monitoring of vehicles passing through the control zone of the Complex.
KIPT "Azimut 4" fulfils the following functions:
-Automatic recognition of the state registration plates (GRZ) of vehicles in the control zone of the Complex.
-Measurement of vehicle speed in the control zone of the Complex;
-Measurement of vehicle speed in the measuring section with a length of 70 m and more;
-Measurement of the current time;
-Measurement of current navigation parameters and determination of geographical coordinates of the complex installation location on their basis;
-Fixation of driving through a forbidden traffic light signal;
-Fixation of driving beyond the stop line at a forbidden traffic light signal;
-Fixing the passage of a railway crossing at a forbidden traffic light signal;
-Fixation of crossing the intersection in the prohibited direction;
-Fixation of not giving advantage in traffic to pedestrians...
