hardened locking ring is used in the design of the ball bearing, which provides a high reserve on the force of ball pin tearing out of the body; ball pin is made of heat-treated high quality alloy steel; sphere and finger flange are additionally strengthened by rolling rollers; ball pin thread is made by knurling, this achieves high accuracy and strength of the thread; covers are made of oil, petrol, ozone and ozone resistant thermoplastic polyurethane: durability 3 times higher than rubber and silicone analogues, coating the case with bright durable powder paint;anti-corrosion coating of the ball pin.
