MAP 2200/3300 Ball Mill for Dry Milling of Aluminum Powder

The MAP 2200/3300 Aluminium Powder Dry Grinding Mill is designed for crushing aluminium powder. The mill consists of a rotating cylindrical drum, closed at the ends by end walls with trunnions supported by bearings. The mill drum is lined inside with protective armour plates made of wear-resistant steel, and outside is covered with a casing with a cooling system and noise insulation. The grinding of the material in the mill takes place as a result of repeated impacts of falling steel balls in the drum, which crush and abrade the material by rolling with it inside the rotating drum.
