The BZP-140 Premium module is a system for fast part clamping on the machine with sufficient rigidity for most machining methods. The system provides accurate basing and secure clamping of the tooling/workpiece. The BZP-140 Premium module provides datuming with a repeatability of less than 0.005 mm. The design features of the BZP-140 Premium module are: 140 mm diameter; clamping with three cams; reinforcement function; developing force up to 39 kN; angular positioning; cleaning function; presence and correct positioning of the base tool/part; module opening control system.
