Centrifugal Pump for Drainage and Industrial Waste - Zvezda RUS C6-500/110

Description

The centrifugal pump is designed for pumping drainage, storm water, domestic and industrial (including chemically aggressive industrial and oil-containing) waste water, liquid organic fertilisers, treated effluents from sewage treatment plants for recycling technical water supply. The pump is suitable for aggregation with electric motor and diesel internal combustion engine. The pump consists of flow and bearing parts rigidly fixed together.

It is equipped with a flywheel crankcase bell housing for connection to the engine. It is driven via an elastic coupling. The bearing housing in which the shaft is housed is cantilevered to the pump casing via a spacer.

Advantages: ZR-DRY system - for pump operation in dry mode with grease supply to the mechanical seal area; ZR-SEAL PROTECT system - prevents foreign particles from getting on the mechanical seal; possibility to install ZR-VAK automatic vacuumisation system.
