Chain Elevators for Transporting Hot, Chemical, and Dusty Materials

Bucket belt and chain elevators are used for transportation of hot, chemically active and dusty materials, including under conditions of unfavourable production factors.

Production elevators are continuous transport machines in which materials are moved in a vertical direction. They are mainly used to move powdery materials, bulk materials (cement, sand, earth, lime, gypsum), lumpy materials (gravel, crushed stone, slag) vertically up to a height of 60 metres and their capacity reaches up to 350 m3/h.

Bucket elevators are used as independent conveying devices, as well as part of mortar, concrete and asphalt concrete units, crushing and screening plants, etc..
