Children's Play Complex for Ages 4-10 - DG-004: Safe Fun for Kids

Children's play complex is designed for children aged from 4 to 10 years. Bearing poles of the complex should be made of 60x60 mm profile pipe. From above the post should end with a plastic plug, from below the post should be concreted into the ground.

To increase the rigidity of the structures, frames should be made to the support pillars, in which the floor is fixed. Wooden parts should be thoroughly sanded, primed and painted with water-dispersion acrylic enamel. Floors of towers are made of moisture-resistant laminated non-slip plywood not less than 21 mm thick, fencing elements of the triangular tower made in the form of a fence are made of 20 mm pipe, staircase railings are made of 25 mm pipe.

The slope of the slide is made of a single sheet of stainless steel 1.5 mm thick and is recessed into the groove of the plywood board. The presence of the sides of the slide height of 110 mm is mandatory in order to avoid injury to children.
