CleanAIR® Pressure Breathing Apparatus for Welding Protection and Air Supply

SIZOD is isolating, as it does not filter contaminated air, but supplies clean air from a source of compressed air. Due to the operation from an external source of compressed air, the time of continuous operation of PPEOD is not limited and does not depend on the concentration of harmful substances in the ambient air of the working area. The breathing apparatus consists of a waist belt and a flow regulator with a connector for connecting the hose from the air supply source and a threaded connection for the tube to the front part. The flow regulator has 4 slots for attaching to the waist belt. The required air flow rate is set with the flow regulator knob. Fields of application: welding and other works in atmospheres with oxygen content less than 17% and at concentration of harmful substances in the air more than 0,5%, repair and welding works in closed volumes and limited spaces, painting, treatment of various surfaces.
