Description

- The CA600C15F4 CNC lathe combines high-speed machining capabilities, high positioning accuracy and repeatability, and high torque.
All of these features expand the machine's processing capabilities, allowing for greater flexibility.
The rigid solid cast iron bed, which has been artificially aged to relieve internal stresses, ensures long-lasting stability of the machine's geometric accuracy.
Wide prismatic and flat slideways, hardened to a depth of 1.5-2 mm to a hardness of 52HRC and ground, ensure high durability.
The surfaces of the travelling units (carriage, tailstock) are scaled and coated with a special anti-friction coating for minimum wear and friction-free travelling.
The spindle is assembled on high-precision angular-contact bearings (one double front and one rear) has reduced runout in axial and radial direction even under heavy cutting conditions.
