Description

CNC milling machining centre model VMS1300. It is intended for milling machining (in automatic and manual modes) of parts with complex surfaces and housing parts. The machine provides machining of parts made of various materials, including titanium alloys, heat-resistant, high-alloyed, hardened steels with surface hardness HRC 48...50 at maximum cutting modes with machining accuracy of 7-8 qualifiers.

Movement along all axes is carried out on box sliding guides. The sliding guides provide high rigidity during machining, which in combination with the powerful spindle unit allows high productivity to be achieved. The optional chip conveyor can be positioned on either the left or right side, significantly extending the possibilities of integrating the machine into existing production.
