CNC Stretch Bending Machine PGR-6 for Accurate Bending of Small Profiles

The machine is designed for manufacturing of parts of various curvature of unclosed contour from profile blanks by bending with stretching on a rigid mandrel. The machine can produce parts from bent pressed profiles with different cross-sectional shapes.
The machine provides:
- automation of the technological process of parts manufacturing due to the equipment with CNC device;
- high stability and accuracy of dimensions of the parts received in a batch;
- possibility of programming of optimum parameters of technological process for a specific material and configuration of a part;
- possibility of bending programme correction;
- automatic programme recording mode when bending the first part of the batch.
