Description

Movement on all axes is carried out on box sliding guides. The sliding guides provide high rigidity during machining, which in combination with the powerful spindle unit allows high productivity to be achieved The machines are equipped with a spindle with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm with ISO50 taper and a gearbox for power machining. To simplify the loading/unloading of parts, the doors of the machine are made with a partially opening roof, which allows unobstructed loading/unloading of parts with overall dimensions equal to the size of the work table. In the basic configuration the machine is equipped with a coolant supply system, providing effective cooling in the cutting zone, which significantly increases tool life and reduces the risk of tool breakage. Tool magazine type "arm" for 24 or 32 positions with an additional manipulator, placed on one column together with the spindle, ensures minimum time of tool change.
