CONNECTION of R65 type 19 switches and R65 type 29

The combination consists of two switches of R65 type 1/9 (project VSP017.00.000) and a blind crossing of R65 type 2/9 (project MSZ.8368.00.000) and other details of track structure. The switch on LVT-M blocks with screw and dowel fastening is designed for laying on underground railway tracks. The arrow has a reinforced design of the root unit.

The crossbar is prefabricated with improved mating of cast and rail parts. The counter rail is not connected with the track rail. The shackles are HFI hardened.

Frame rails and crossing rails are made of OT350 category rails. Blind crossing is designed for passing of rolling stock on two mutually intersecting tracks at the same level. Sharp crossbars are prefabricated - the cast core is connected with rail whiskers.

Blunt cross members are one-piece cast from high manganese steel. The shanks are HFI hardened. Frame rails from rails of OT350 category.
