Instrument for stable-functional osteosynthesis with straight plates. It is used for forming a hole for insertion of cortical screw and lockable self-tapping US screw. It is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

Total length -167 mm. Number of bushings - 2 pcs with length 46,5 and 39,5 mm. The size of the bushings corresponds to the size of the drill bit.

The diameter of the drill bit is 3.2 and 4.3 mm. At the distal end there is a smooth tapered part for US holes. The diameter of the sleeves corresponds to the drill bit size.

Graduated marks along the entire length. On the proximal end - handle for holding and manipulating the guide, or it can be held by another device (e.g. fixed in an orthopaedic holder).

The handle curves upwards at 45 on one side. Marking of the diameter of the drill bit to be guided on the sleeve. Individual packaging.
