Composite Fan Wheel for Air Cooling Units - GAC Type for Efficient Airflow

1. Composite impellers are designed for installation in air-cooled apparatus (ACE) or fan cooling towers (FC). Their operation is to move the gas medium by aerodynamic impact of the impeller blades as they rotate.

1.1 Composition of the impeller The impeller consists of a collapsible metal hub, a fibreglass disc and volumetric fibreglass blades made by injection moulding with thermal polymerisation. 1.2 Technical characteristics of impellers Impellers are manufactured in diameters from 0.4m to 10.4m.

The number of blades in the impeller can be 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 pieces. Impellers can be manufactured in M1, M2 and M3 modifications. Modification M1 means impeller with combined hub (plastic disc + metal hub).
