Description

Designed for dilution of test samples in coagulological testing of the activity of all coagulation factors, determination of fibrinogen concentration, in the analysis of coagulation inhibitors, XIIa-dependent fibrinolysis, etc. The reagent is designed to work both manually and on all types of semi-automatic and automatic coagulometers.Principle of the method:Dilution of the test sample with working buffer solution brings the concentration or activity of the parameter under study into the linearity region. Reagent Tris-HCl buffer is a transparent colourless liquid, the concentration of sodium ions in which after preparation of the working solution is in the range of 98 - 102 mmol/litre, and pH - in the range of 7.35 - 7.45.

Kit composition: Tris-HCl buffer concentrated (5 ml/fl.) - 6 vials. Dilution 1:19. 600 ml of working solution.
