Description
Apparatus "Vibrobit 400" is designed for continuous measurement and control of mechanical condition parameters of steam and gas turbines, turbochargers, centrifugal pumps and other machines during their operation.
The equipment measures and monitors the following parameters:
- RMS value (RMS) of vibration acceleration, vibration velocity and span of absolute vibration displacement of bearing supports;
- the range of relative vibration displacement of rotating shafts and other units;
- relative displacement (displacement) of rotating shafts;
- relative displacement (hereinafter referred to as displacement) of bearing housings, position of locking regulators;
- rotor rotation frequency;
- other physical quantities represented by input unified DC signal (primary converters with current output signal).
The equipment performs:
- measuring the parameter and converting it into a unified DC signal;
- calculation of additional parameters in real time scale...
